Our delivery days are Monday – Friday.
We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We deliver to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We can also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly but delivery charges and delivery times may be different to our standard conditions – please ask a member of the sales team on 01268 524624.
Orders for the UK Mainland received by 5pm (Monday – Friday) will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Orders received after 5pm will be delivered within 4-6 business days.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within the stated period we will contact you at our earliest possibility to arrange a new delivery date. If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within the stated period, you may cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind and do not wish to keep any part of your order, you have the right to request a product return. You have 14 days from the point of sale to contact us about your return, and a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
If you are returning a product because you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product code, please be aware that we cannot refund your original delivery charge, and you will be liable to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us.
